About this house sitting position in Coogee

We have a beautiful 2 bedroom garden apartment in Coogee.

The apartment is only a block of 2 and the neighbors are lovely. It is located right next to Coogee Oval which is in the centre of town and literally a stones throw to the beach. We are at the bottom of a dead end road so it is nice a peaceful.

The apartment is bright and airy and is decorated in a rustic beach style.
There is of course full washing facilities, fast internet, a 63" Tv with Fetch, Netflix & Stan. The Kitchen has a Smeg Fan Oven and a Smeg Gas Hob. The bathroom is basic though i have installed a really nice Caroma Shower which is amazing.

So onto our little Fur-babies....

We have 4 cats (I KNOW!) but its all easy, we just open the door every morning and everyone goes out for the day. They come back inside around midday and will stay inside for the rest of the day.

They will need feeding once a day at night and emptying kitty litter trays should they ever go inside.

We also Air BNB our spare room, we would love for whoever is staying here to look after guests who come through, change the sheets and keep the house clean. Due to the number of animals we require the apartment to be vacuumed every two days, and the house to be kept tide and clean every single day.

Unfortunately we have had a really bad experience with housesitters before who left us with thousands of dollars worth of damage to our property and belongings so we are very cautious of who we let into our place. We would ideally like the stay to go through air BNB as a booking (no charge of course) so we are covered by insurance and we will also require: copy of passport, driving licence, 3-5 x referrals including addresses and phone numbers of referrals and we would also want updated photos of our apartment and animals every day. This may seem extreme however we landed back from three weeks in Thailand to our whole apartment being trashed, so much so we have had to refurnish it plus spend thousands on repairs because of negligence of our house & pet sitters.

That being said, we are very cruisy and happy people who would love to have someone here who we trust to look after our apartment and animals. If you are a cat and beach lover, this is the apartment for you.
