About this house sitting position in Coogee

We have a newly renovated, light and bright north-east facing walk-up apartment on the third floor of a small block of apartments.

Suitable for one person or a couple.

Every window of our home looks out onto trees so you literally wake up with the birds. You can also enjoy the treetops on the two small balconies, as they provide somewhat of a screen to the other neighbouring houses. Our apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and a home office (both newly carpeted last month) and a large dining and living area with floorboards. We have all digital TV channels, Netflix, Stan and hayu and super-fast wifi internet. The kitchen and bathroom are both brand new and the entire house was painted last month.

It's a 15 minute slow walk down hill to the beaches, and a 10 minute walk to Randwick shops. Several bus-stops within a 1 - 2 minute walk to take you to the city or Bondi. There's on-street parking available and some off-street visitor parks. Our neighbours are all lovely, it's a very quiet block.

We have two beautiful small cats - One is 14 but looks half her age, she has the softest fur imaginable. She's very shy and sweet but loves to lay next to you on the couch once she gets to know you. The other is 4 and much more extroverted and curious. She will often greet you at the door when you come home and follow you around the house. She loves to be petted and sit on your lap. Both were rescue cats and they are crucial members of our little family. They both stay indoors or on the balconies, they don't go outside. They are very low maintenance, they just need to be fed morning and night, have their water bowls filled up and have their litter scooped and changed weekly.

Our only requests are for our lovely little home and pets to be looked after and in the same condition when we return, especially as the house has just been renovated. No smoking or heavy fragrances please, and to give the kind respect towards our neighbours with noise etc that you'd also enjoy in return. Read more...
