Rural country cottage in quiet Cookernup, near Harvey, a picturesque dairy, citrus & wine area. It is halfway between Mandurah and Bunbury in SW WA. Nearby Logue Brook dam for walks, fishing, kayaking (1 provided) & recreation.
1/2 hour to beautiful Myalup beach.
The garden is fully fenced for our 4 golden retrievers, aged 2 to 13. Need someone who loves house dogs . Minimal garden care. Spa, bbq & verandah for outdoor living and dining. There is access for a small poptop type caravan.
