The farm is in Coolongolook approx. 1 1/2 k off the Pacific Highway between Bulahdelah and Nabiac. Forster/Tuncurry is on the coast 1/2hr away. Taree is 1/2hr north. The property is 150 ac which backs onto Forest. It consists of undulating paddocks with dams. We are not on town water. We have mains electric, NBN, air conditioning and a wood fire. It is a 4 bedroomed house with an en-suite and one bathroom. Sheds, garage, stables, chook shed & art studio.
We require some one who is capable of feeding 4 well behaved horses, 11 boar goats, 9 chickens a very loving 15yr old kelpie and an 2 yr old Border Collie x Kelpie energetic dog, both of which will need a walk in the morning. After you have fed the animals and walked the dogs the day is yours. The dogs stay on the farm. We also have 16 steers which will need nothing doing to them . Gardens to be watered and pool to keep clean.
