House sitter required to look after our home and pets in picturesque Coolum Beach.

The Pets:
Our babies.
Bodhi is a two year old, 45kg Rhodesian Ridgeback with a heart of gold. He is big and strong but doesn’t have a bad bone in his body, but because of this we really need somebody who is familiar with big dogs as some people can be overwhelmed by his size. He spends his days sunbaking and his nights sleeping on the couch. He will be happy if you throw the ball in the yard in the afternoon for him but he will love you forever if you’re strong enough to walk him on the beach so he can mash his face into the sand.
Munch is a 10 year old blind cat. She rules the roost and will probably ignore you a lot. She lives for biscuits and will generally keep to herself. The Captain is our 6 year old cat, he is timid to begin with but once he is comfortable with you he will most likely sit on you whenever you a stationary for more than 2 minutes. Both cats are strictly indoors only and easy to care for.

The House:
Incredible location; only a 4 minute drive to the iconic Coolum Beach, 10 minute drive to Maroochydore and Sunshine Plaza, 20 minute drive to Noosa, with views of Mount Coolum and Mount Ninderry. Two good sized bedrooms plus a study and large wrap around verandahs to take in the view of the hinterlands. Set on an 806 m2 block with established gardens, lawn and plenty of storage downstairs. Additional features include solar panels, airconditioning, raked ceilings to the living area, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully renovated bathroom with a frameless shower, separate bath and wall hung vanity.
