My wife and I are a retired couple planning to travel overseas from the 1 April 2019 until mid May.

Our home is located near a Mariner, IGA, Doctor, Chemist, cafe and the local Tavern, all only 150 metres away. Also within 10 minutes drive there is a newly opened Westfield Shopping Complex with all the major outlets.

Our home has been recently refurbished to a high standard with all the facilities, including pool and external undercover entertaining area.

The lawns and gardens are manicured and the house kept spotless at all times. In fact, the front lawn is the identifying feature of the property.

We are situated in a Body Corporate with 24 hour security with recreation facilities that include a gym, tennis courts and swimming pool etc, whilst the local parks and gardens are maintained to a high standard.

We are looking for a person/s who are as house proud as we are and prepared to look after our 2 Rainbow Lorikeets and maintain the lawns and gardens to the same standard.
We are prepared to forward photos of the property to genuine sitters.
