Newly renovated rural property of 140 acres with stunning views overlooking the Warrumbungle Mountain Range.
Open plan living, air conditioned to keep you comfortable with a gas fireplace in main lounge and a wood fire in the family room, a well appointed home, cosy and comfy. Foxtel, fully decked swimming pool, BBQ area, tarred road access right to front door.
Lots of native birds and wildlife visit near the house. The Warrumbungle National Park and Siding Spring Observatory is nearby. Property is 3 km from shopping centre which includes Woolworths, chemists, newsagent, butchers and specialty shops.
Coonabarabran is situated on the Oxley Highway between Tamworth and Dubbo. Both these large towns feature many other activities to enjoy and Dubbo has the Western Plains Zoo.
We require care for Dotti, my very friendly house dog, a sweet and calm Jack Russel, my 6 hens and 1 rooster. Watering gardens and lawns; all on timers with bore water, no lawn mowing required.
