About this house sitting position in coopers plains

House sitting & pet minding 2 small very affectionate dogs for 3 weeks in May. 25 yr old 3 bed 2 bathroom- house - maintained in good condition with new appliances. Renovated master bedroom/ ensuite. Air conditioning in master & study. Well fenced. Large new outdoor spa, easily maintained if used or we can leave it empty. Nil need to walk dogs as they are very active in our yard. Nil need to maintain garden during stay. Our 21 yr old son James may stay over. 10 kms from city, train/ bus end of our street/ easy 1-2 min walk.
