About this house sitting position in Corlette

I’m seeking a non smoking mature aged (couple or single person/s) house and pet sitter to take care of garden, lawn and walk 1 medium size 12 year old female dog, at least 3 days a week, water garden, mow lawn when needed and keep the house tidy at all times. Sorry no children.
Located between Nelson Bay & Salamander Bay, Port Stephens area, NSW. A 2 storey brick, 3 bedroom, house with a low maintenance small front yard and back courtyard. Close to beaches, public bus routes, shopping centres, restaurants, cafés and walking/bike path 50 - 100 metres from house. Active friendly community with lots to see and do in the area.
