A beautiful 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home requires house sitter . Located half an hour from Brisbane and Gold Coast makes it easy to get anywhere. Very quiet, green and peaceful location. We have 2 large dogs and 1 cat which would love company while we are away! They are quite easy to manage, especially the cat. Dogs are trained in basic manners. Dogs are outside pets and cat is older and tends to stay inside most of the time.
It would be easier if you have your own transportation and secure parking is available.
Facilities of the house include beautiful covered outdoor areas, 6 persons outdoor private spa and lovely gardens.
Guest quarters are available for the house sitters with guest bedroom and separate bathroom and toilet.
We are looking for a couple (preferred, but not essential) who are active and motivated to spend quality time with our fur babies. Dogs are very smart and love regular mind stimulation with games and daily training, and cat loves their gentle time inside with cuddles on your lap. It is essential that you are comfortable with emergencies which can occur when older pets are in your care. They are all in good space, however it can be unpredictable at an older age.
The house is very easy to maintain, we have a robot vacuum which will keep it clean for you and all the modern appliances to make your stay comfortable.
Things we are unable to offer you:
