About this house sitting position in Coromandel Valley

We live in a lovely quiet suburb in the foothills of Adelaide. We have a family home with a large garden and veggie patch.

We are looking for someone to help look after our golden retriever, cats (3), rabbits (2) and chickens (lots).

Duties include daily feeding of all animals, topping up water, lettings chooks and rabbits in/out of their cage, collecting eggs and litter duties for the cats.

Our dog is 12 years old, so daily walking is not required, but the occasional on-leash visit to the park next door would be appreciated.

The cats are all rescues from the RSPCA and all friendly, although a couple of them may be shy to start with. They are inside-only cats.

We also ask that you keep the house tidy whilst you're there. The garden may need some watering depending on rainfall. If you're a keen gardener, you are welcome to potter if you wish. We have a few fruit trees and veggie patch. You are welcome to pick any fruit or veggies which are ready whilst you're in the house.

Non-smokers please. The yard is not suitable for caravans.
