We would prefer house sitters with their own accommodation be it either caravan or motor home. In this regard we have lots of room for easy parking also connection to town water, power and the use of a toilet and shower area. You would also have access to additional refrigeration and a covered pergola area with BBQ & cooking facilities. Duties required would be house sitting, security, cleaning, caring for gardens, most of which have watering systems, lawn mowing including front and side street and related areas (1.5 acres with 48" cut Zero turn ride on). We also have two pet goats - Charlie (wethered boy) and Pepper (doe) they do not know they are goats, they think they are humans, they're exceptionally friendly and love to be petted and get their "lolly" food. We also have four sheep they only really require checking. All animals are in well fenced paddocks with their own shelters and automatic water supply. We also have Vegemite and Basil our pet mini-lop rabbits. They love their morning veggies, and will only let you scratch their heads for an hour or three. Their hutch requires regular cleaning and also their cover put down of an evening and lifted in the am. We also have some chickens that require letting out and locking away of an evening so as they do not become fox food, they will reward you with fresh eggs. We are situated in a quiet part of town on a four acre lot, we have town water, Nat. Gas and septic sewer the property is approx. 3 kilometres from the town centre, which as two major supermarkets, banks, hotels, cafes' and all the other associated things you might expect a country hub to have. It's 250 metres to the Murray River and 500 metres to the Corowa Golf Club. Wi-Fi internet is available. There is a large covered pergola area with extensive BBQ & cooking facilities. There is also ample secure off street parking for a large caravan.

The entire property is well fenced and has security lighting throughout. Our home, gardens and all related areas are modern, well set up and maintained in pristine condition. We are looking for person(s) who will take the same pride in our property as we do.
Corowa is located in NSW on the Murray River (VIC border) it's 45 mins west of Albury-Wodonga, 25 mins north of Wangaratta and 3 hours north of Melbourne. Major local industries are farming, grazing, wineries and we are home to the largest piggery and dairy farms in the southern hemisphere also Uncle Tobys factory is in Wahgunyah just over the river. All in all it's a nice spot, with lots of quality eateries in the area including the Corowa Chocolate Factory! Together with too many wineries to mention.
