About this house sitting position in Craigburn Farm
Quiet location, 15 yo, 2 usable bedroom but larger suburban home accessed by outside stairs (locked garage underneath) opposite large reserve with regular visiting mob of 30 kangaroos. Reverse cycle air con and also gas heating. Fenced, small yard. Five minutes (car) from train station (25 min to Adelaide CBD). Also under 1km to bus stop. Large shopping village 5 min drive.
Would like utilities - gas, power, water, NBN internet paid by sitter but have 7.5kW solar to offset power and the fast, unlimited download NBN is only $50 per month. No pets to look after. Gardening includes pot plant watering, checking outside, cleaning, maybe light pruning and some weeding.
We are fastidious around the home and seek similar and non smoker without pets.
