About this house sitting position in Croydon Park

Typical 3 bedroom home, large backyard, small front yard, nice gardens, house has aircon. I am going away for two weeks and need a house sitter, I don't have many requirements, I just need someone to mind the house while I am away. It has off street parking, Close to bus and train, bus 15min to city. Nice neighbour. The house is pretty tidy, there's not alot of cleaning or anything, just the odd vacuum, watering the plants and feeding the cat the once a day, the cat is easy to look after he pretty much looks after himself he just needs his dinner out out that's all. There's a large tv PlayStation 4 and the internet should be one by the time I go away. Shops and shopping centre 5min down the road. I don't know what else to say really. Any questions please ask.
