Our comfortable, modest & secure home sits on over 100 acres with a large portion with natural bushland & 3 dams. Kangaroos & birdlife regularly visit our piece of paradise so if you are a nature lover/ bushwalker you'll be in heaven.
We have an electric gate which can be controlled from the house for peace of mind.
We have two sweet indoor dogs who will love to cuddle up to you for some love & attention.
We have chickens - australorp crosses (plenty of eggs) & bantam sized Belgian d'Uccles. Also 6 budgies. They have a whiz bang coop with a solar door & running water so their care is a walk in the park.
Our land is chemical free with a number of vegetable beds popping out beautiful, fresh vegetables & herbs.
Free wifi & Netflix available via Chromecast.
Our property lies between Cudlee Creek & historical Lobethal & is 20 minutes from Tea Tree Plaza.


You are a non smoker who loves to cuddle our "monkeys" on the couch.
You enjoy gardening (nothing onerous) & the occasional watering of house & verandah plants.
