New 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with extensive outdoor living area. In the middle of Bellarine Peninsula surrounded by many vineyards and close to the surf coast. 20 mins to Queenscliff ferry,20 mins to Geelong and 45 mins to Great Ocean Road. If you are a golfer, you are spoilt here. Curlewis is a beautiful private club as well as Clifton Springs, Portarlington and the well known Barwon Heads clubs, all with 15 mins.
There is a supermarket within 3 mins walk and Drysdale is 5 mins drive where you will everything you need.
Greenhouse will supply you with copious amounts of great tomatoes as well as seasonal plantings of beetroot, parsnip, carrots or whatever I plant for this time of the year.
4 burner BBQ as well as a Pizza oven in Alfresco.
Our cat is a Persian/Chinchilla and has enjoyed the last 13 years free of other animals so keep that in mind when considering our house. His 'lordship' tends to love everyone except the 4 legged types.
