About this house sitting position in Cygnet
We are a family in a old weatherboard home 15 mins walk into Cygnet town.
We have a spare bedroom with a queen sized bed for house sitters to use.
We have two indoor only cats who need to be fed a hand full each of dry food in the morning and 2 tablespoons each wet food at night.
Our Angora rabbit lives in the laundry will need feeding , water checked and possibly his cage cleaned and hay changed if he messes it up too much.
We have 11 chooks and a rooster who need to be fed/watered and checked on.
Our pets are very important to us so animal lovers only need apply.
House sitters are welcome to any produce growing in the garden and the fresh eggs from the hens. I also have a range of homemade preserves you are welcome to try and take with you after your stay.
While there is public transport to Cygnet to really enjoy the area and be able to explore the Huon Valley you will need a car. Cygnet is a vibrant town with lots of artists, Farmers Markets ,craft shops and live music
