We have a 4 x 2 brick home, nestled near the Tuart forest on a ranch block . TV room with gas heater, wood fire in main dining, with lovely outdoor setting and grassed yard . We are close to the beach, Busselton is 30 mins away and day tours to the wineries. Dolphin watching at Koombana Bay is popular. Bunbury City has all you need and an hour and half drive from Perth. We have a friendly, shy, deaf but intelligent blue healer, who sleeps inside on dog bed at night and plays in garden outside during the day. Would love a daily walk along the beautiful lake and garden at Dalyellup
