About this house sitting position in Darling Heights

We have 2 cattle dogs, one red girl, and a black boy. Our lovely home set on a few acres and has a rural feel, but is 5 minutes from shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, doctors etc; and 15 minutes into the centre of Toowoomba city.
The house sitter is asked to [1] feed and walk the dogs twice a day, one walk around the large garden is sufficient; and the other walk a bit longer and down the paddock or around the street.
[2] water some plants, usually 1/2 hour max a day
[3] check the automatic water system seems to be working
[4] say hello to the gardener who comes once a week.
A cleaning lady is available if you wish. There is no charge for water or electricity.
