About this house sitting position in Deagon

We have a lovely small cottage in Deagon about 1km from Sandgate foreshore (less than 5mins drive)
Walking distance to the train station and Sandgate Town or a short drive, fantastic coffee shop right across the road and the neighbors are friendly.
We have a big backyard with a shady tree, perfect for reading a book in the afternoon.
We have a cat named Fox who has a big personality, very interactive and loves a cuddle and a play. He is allowed to go out during the day, although if you are around the house he won’t be far. We keep him in a night so he doesn’t go wandering, he isn’t a “lap cat” but he will snuggle up to your side and sleep on the bed at night.
When we go away for a night or two we can usually leave him at home (my mum comes to feed him) but since this is a lot longer we would prefer someone to be home at night as he does get lonely.
