About this house sitting position in Deception bay

HI there


We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a very quiet area of Deception Bay.
It takes 10 mins to walk to waterfront or 1 minute in a car.
Shops are 5 mins away
Aircon home
Snooker room outdoor area.(we are very particular as the table is antique and must be treated with respect
..
We have a 7 yr old blue staffy (excitable on meeting ) will lick you to death if allowed..

We have a 4 yr old lhasa apso who needs grooming every 3rd day ( I will get her clipped before we leave .Her eyes need wiping daily .


We are looking for house proud over 50s age group .No children please ..No parties as a very quiet neighbourhood and we respect our friendly neighbours.

We have room to store your caravan or motorhome in a secure yard..The staffy needs daily walks and the lazy lhasa needs to go ever, second day.Please early morning or early evening as the pavements get too hot.

They are fine home alone during the day so can go exploring.They are very chilled in their home .

Sorry if I sound demanding but I have had a bad experience previously.
