About this house sitting position in Denman Prospect

Hello,

My home is in a new suburb of Canberra, 5 minutes from locat IGA and bust stop. Its a very new house with EER of 8 so you should be very comfortable.

I have little garden that requires watering and an adult, healthy cat. My cat, Philip, is a 7 year old male, main coon. He is our gentle giant and he loves to be given some attention.

We also have very large garage (roller door height is 2.5m) to fit in 4wd.
