About this house sitting position in derby

3.5 acre property on outskirts of derby only 2.5 elm from supermarket and town centre .im heading away on and off working for approximately one and a half months. i would prefer a mature aged couple to care for my property watering approx .5 acre of new lawns and a small basic garden i also have a 18 month old dog with i would like to leave at the property during the time I'm away. i have ample shed space power water supply directly beside the house which shades mango trees along side the house and lawned areas my house is a very basic set up with is just a shed with shade cloth walls inside is a kitchen shower toilet laundry, one room inside is air-conditioned living room.
