We have a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom house with separate work study, pool and outdoor entertainment area on 3 .5 acres, divided in to easily maintained paddocks and orchards.
The property has aircon in the main rooms, with fans throughout and a log fire. The kitchen and main bathroom are extremely up to date and modern.
We are conveniently located 10 minutes drive to Maroochydore airport, beaches and Maroochydore CBD with restaurants dotted throughout. Easy driving distance to Mooloolaba, Palmwoods and Woombye, Mujimba, Cotton Tree, Alex heads, Buderim and the Glass House mountains With the local town of Bli Bli just 5 minutes drive away. The location offers the of both words- coast and country.
We are needing a house and pet sitter for the 3 weeks we head back to Europe. We have 2 large female dogs (40Kg) and 2 cats that are outdoor during the day and indoor at night. The dogs are quite happy on the 3.5 acres that is fully fenced, but also enjoy walks on the leash. The dogs are 5 years old and the cats around 8 years old and are the main priority while we're away, with standard items such as watering the veg patch, collecting mail and taking the bins out also required.
