About this house sitting position in Dimbulah

Housesitter/Caretaker required for 6 weeks on rural property, 1345 acres. Would suit preferably an active couple from a rural background with their own transport.

We have 3 dogs and 4 horses to be cared for, and need a person that has a genuine like for and is experienced with these. There are approx 70 head of cattle on the property, so this position would suit a couple from a farming/station background as there may be the odd fence to repair, perhaps use a tractor and operate water pump etc.

Our main concern is for our dogs and horses. We have Pepper a young female Koolie X, Bolt a young male Kelpie X pup, who both need a fair bit of activity and input. And Needle a 12 year old border collie who is a little timid.
We have 4 mares which are well-behaved but still need some-one who is experienced and confident with horses. They shouldn't need too much care just feeding and watering and perhaps rugging.... depending on the weather.
The home is a comfortable one bedroom shed-house with stand alone solar, tank water, but there is also a water pump from dam to operate to irrigate the garden area and fill up the horse troughs. There is also a one bedroom 'cottage' (pictured) which would be your room if needed. There is plenty of room and power for a caravan or motor home too.
The property is 8km from Dimbulah (small town), 55km from Mareeba and 115km from Cairns. We have plenty of wildlife and birds on the property so would suit nature lovers, bush walkers etc.
