Outside has an undercover area to have bbqs and to sit and contemplate life. Very pleasant landscaped back yard. Also has an in ground outdoor spa (may not be in use). Modern fully renovated kitchen, all laundry facilities, ducted heating and gas log fire, air conditioning. Comfortable lounge area with Foxtel, 65inch TV, bluray. Fully fenced yards and courtyard. We have 6 Dachshunds that require being pampered! They are very well behaved (generally) and love the company of humans. Very easy to look after. They don't require walking as they have plenty of run around space. We are close to major shopping centres and facilities. Supermarket is in walking distance. Bus stop within 150m from the house.
