Quant clean and tiedy 1920s style referbished 2 BR home comfortable beds large seperate bathroom and large sauna. set in quiet farming country aria 7 km from local town on 2/3 Acer semi formal garden setting with pond and established trees, veggies and chooks. No gardening required. Country road walks from the house and 1/2 drive to country towns, rivers and bushland and 1 hour country drive to beach towns. Chooks would need to be fed daily and the fresh eggs collected and eaten for breakfast. I may leave Kransky the sassage dog at home he just eats and sleeps I haven't decided on the later yet .
