Our beautiful miniature Spoodle loves cuddles and is verry easy to care for. We also now have a greyhound that we are fostering. Both are very low maintenance. And maybe some fish. Look after the house and just keep tidy, lawn may need a mow (if you like to be outside for some gardening) but unlikely need to be done. Nice 3 bedroom house 2 bathrooms and all you need to be comfy, fenced rear yard and garage for your car. Great safe area with all the amenities and services.
