About this house sitting position in Dubbo

We are seeking a housesitter to care for our home and garden, and our cats Daisy and Mickey. The house is in a small, friendly street in a well established area, with lovely neighbours. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The gardens are low maintenance and we have 2 decks to enjoy the outdoors. The house is fully airconditioned and heated, with fans in all bedrooms.
Our cats, Daisy and Mickey, have access to a cat flap to come and go as they please, but stay inside at night. They have quite different personalities but both like to snuggle!
The housesitter would be asked to maintain the house, collect mail, water plants and garden, mow lawn if needed, take out garbage bins and care for our cats.
