Comfortable 4 x 2 brick house 15yo. 5 mins walk to town centre. 10 mins to beach. Large corner block with big garden (mostly retic). Aircon & fireplace. Require house sitter/s (strictly non-smokers / prefer retirees) for 2 dogs (3 legged poodle and corgi. Only need small walks from time to time) plus old pink & grey galah in large outside cage.
