Old fashioned farm house on almost 9 acres situated near the beautiful Mt Buninyong. Quick and easy access to Melbourne and a great deal in the region to see- perfect for travelers wanting to see the region via day trips. Just a couple of hours to Warnambool to see the whales as well as other sites including The Great Ocean Road, Grampians and numerous wineries all within easy driving distance. And of course Sovereign Hill in Ballarat.
Animals (fur babies) are 2 dogs - one is getting on in years and can be a bit cranky if you try to approach him before he is ready but will be your best mate once he warms to you., 1 cat - or as he prefers to be known...Lord and Master of the House , 3 horses and 2 chickens (reliable layers so you can have eggs every day). Heating is via a wood fire - happy to assist first timers in learning how to manage this.
