Located close to Port Arthur, Pirates Bay, Three Capes Walk and many others! 2 Story weatherboard property with Cafeteria downstairs and Private 3 Bedrooms with ensuites upstairs. Caretaking of property is needed whilst owners take 4 week break. Property is gas/electric heated downstairs and electric heating upstairs. Lounge room has smart TV, sound system , Netflix and Foxtel. Note the Cafeteria downstairs will not operate over this time.
