About this house sitting position in Eaglehawk Neck

We have a brand new strawbale house on 15 acres of natural, steep bushland. We are 3km to the beach and 800m to the bay. We have a high energy, very smart 5yo Kelpie who will require two 1hr walks a day plus interaction throughout the day and a play with his toys at night.
This house sit would suit someone who is fit as we have a steep property and stairs into the house. Must also be able to move firewood into the the house etc
We are seeking someone who will be respectful and will treat the home as their own. Being strawbale and on septic/tank water you would need to be able to follow our requirements for usage - I.e do not scratch walls, allow water on window sills, use chemicals in septic etc
Would suit someone who works from home full time or is not working as our Kelpie needs someone home most of the time. (We work from home so he is use to it). He can be left for max 4 hours or taken with you in the car for the day.
Use of a car on discussion and negotiation (I.e right applicant)

There is a small corner shop about 8 mins away and a pub at the closest beach but other than that it’s mainly bush and beach! major shops (I.e coles etc) are 45 mins away.
