About this house sitting position in East Bunbury

Bunbury housesit - May 2018 – approx end July 2018

Our house is situated in East Bunbury WA, one street away from a beautiful estuary and a 15 minute walk from town. It is in a fantastic location.
We require a house sitter that loves dogs and is prepared to spoil them with affection and take them for a daily walk – the park is around the corner along the estuary. They also love the beach and drives in the car. We have 2 dogs, a Maltese shitzu, Elmo who is 12 years of age and a shitzu x named Lily she is 5 years old.

I would also prefer a house sitter that will be home a lot of the time, someone that works from home or retired would be ideal. Also a non - smoker please.

My house may not suit everyone; it is a 2 storey cottage with 3 bedrooms. The guest bedroom is upstairs and only has a double bed, as is a rather small room. Upstairs is our bedroom (that will be locked) and a smaller room is downstairs with a single bed for our granddaughter when she stays over.
It is a strange design with the shower being downstairs in the laundry and the bathroom with only a bath upstairs but we have managed for the 19 years that we have lived here. The house is also not modern it’s an older house and very eclectic/bohemian, as I am a bit of a hippy.

This area is very safe and we have automated gates that are on the driveway. We are both professionals, my husband is a paramedic and I am a social worker and our house is our pride and joy, hence all the interview questions attached.
