Three bedroom Queenslander (two available to minder) on breezy high and dry ground with views east and west to watch sunrise and sunset. Aircon in lounge/dining and in one available bedroom. Old but tidy home. Free WIFI (and phone within Australia). No pets other than fish in outdoor pond.
I would prefer minder to be fit enough to keep the lawn mowed with a push mower occasionally.
Innisfail is situated on the junction of two rivers and 7km to the nearest beach. Several boat ramps are close by with access excellent access for river or Great Barrier Reef fishing
