I live in the rear unattached three bedroom townhouse in East Maitland with views of the mountains to the west from the kitchen window and 30 minutes from the renowned Hunter Valley vineyards. It also has a new split air conditioner that cools the majority of the house and a mobile unit for the bedroom in the event of any extremely hot day.
It is also 25 minutes by car to Newcastle, Australia's best beaches and cafes and th'e centre of these surrounding places. There is a Foodworks' corner shop and great Butcher shop only 4 doors away and the newly beautifully redeveloped Green Hills Stockland Shopping Centre is only minutes away by car or one kilometre healthy walk
I have two beautiful long haired Rag doll cats who are very low maintenance and great companions. They will need a light brush every couple of days and the Dyson stick vacuum applied to the carpet on a daily basis.
I am travelling from early morning 13 December 2018 returning on the evening of 4 January 2019 and would be pleased for you to enjoy the and peace and quiet from this rear unit. I also have unlimited NBN fast broadband and a wide range of programs from Netflix and fast wi fi. Or you may prefer to just read or play the Kawai piano.
But most importantly, you must be a cat lover and experienced in their care. And also of course a non smoker.
I have a small garden that requires watering every two or so days but it is only very low maintenance.
I understand that this is a special time of year to celebrate but if your circumstances suit you, like visiting family members nearby, you would be very welcome to enjoy Christmas and New year in a different part of the planet.
