Our large, 3 bedroom home, with family bathroom and ensuite off main bedroom is situated in a 1.5 acre rural setting. We have 1 small, friendly, indoor/outdoor mini foxie / jack russell terrier who would love some affection and the odd walk while we are away for 23 nights. The dog roams in a large fenced area of the backyard near the house. Now that she's elderly and deaf, she's usually inside with us while we are home or in a 5m x 4m fenced areas off the back patio when we are at work, giving you the freedom to go out and explore. We seek a housesitter who would be willing to feed the dog, change her water, water pot plants & small garden when needed, collect the mail, put rubbish out once a week and generally keep house tidy. Our property is ideally located to enable you to explore much of what the far north has to offer. It is 2hrs 40min from Port Douglas, 1hr 15min south of Cairns, & trips to Barrier Reef, 1hr from Mission Beach, 1hr from Atherton Tablelands, 40min from beautiful Etty Bay, 25mins from Innisfail & Paronella Park and there are nearby bushwalking trails and swimming waterholes.
