Looking for trustworthy, reliable house sitters for our three cats, plants and home.

The house:
North facing home filled with sunlight / natural light all day.

Main living area has wooden floorboards, a gas fireplace, 75inch television, comfortable six seater King Living lounge suite with coffee table and rug, library wall, and external terrace with outdoor lounge and garden lights at night.

Master bedroom has views over trees on the third floor, open sky with morning sunlight streaming in. Comfortable king size bed and smart television with large modern ensuite. Bed linen and towels are premium quality. Reverse cycle heating and cooling with a timer.

Office - with large desk, premium office chair and iMac computer overlooking trees and the nearby reserve adjacent to a comfortable secondary living area with large smart television and sofa.

Large eat-in kitchen with island bench, including a six burner stove and 90cm oven. This leads to the outdoor entertainment area with BBQ overlooking the pool and garden lights.

On the second floor are three bedrooms. The first bedroom is the original master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, the second bedroom overlooks the pool, the third bedroom has a comfy single bed and its own small ensuite. There is also a large main bathroom with bathtub.

An internal laundry with washer and dryer and toilet. Internal garage leading up into the house.

The pool is salt-water, full-sized and solar heated. It has a light which can be on or off. We have pool maintenance people attending each fortnight as well as gardeners and house cleaners who will come twice during your stay.

Other features include a Roborock vacuum and automatic coffee machine.

The Pets:
We have three friendly cats. Isabella is an older cat who is very personable although she does have arthritis and doesn’t like to be picked up unless necessary. She loves to snuggle on the lounge though and generally be wherever the humans are. Chelsea is eight years old and fairly shy at first. Scooter has just turned one, is full of energy, very sociable and loves playing chase with Chelsea. They are extremely cute and amusing to watch!

Chelsea and Scooter have automatic feeders but usually enjoy half a pouch each for dinner. They have their own litter trays with quality kitty litter which needs to be scooped morning and evenings. Isabella eats all through the day and generally sleeps out on the terrace away from the playful younger two.

We’re looking for someone/ a couple who absolutely loves cats, and is happy mostly pottering around at home and taking care of the indoor plants and watering the back vege garden. All three cats are strictly indoors. Read more...
