About this house sitting position in EATONS HILL

Looking for a sitter that is reliable, honest and loves dogs and is a non-smoker.
House sit our modern house in peaceful and quiet area with only side neighbours and nature corridor to the rear. Very quiet area with backyard looking onto bushland. No rear neighbours and house is in a culdersac.
We have a private back yard, wifi/internet access and the use of the lower portion of the house that has a bathroom/shower/toilet, bedroom, kitchen and loungeroom. Upstairs is kids bedrooms and your bedroom with a double bed and TV room. Free wifi Internet.
We also require the successful sitter to be capable to look after our 3 year old dog "Shadow". She is very friendly and loves other people and needs a bit of play like tug-a-war and if you're up to it. She likes her daily treat and loves to just sit next to you. We do not want her walked whilst we are away, but rather fed and watered daily. She loves just being with you.
The yard is maintained by contracted lawn mower business. We have a cleaner once a fortnight and a pool man. You can use the pool but it’ll probably be cold. Shadow needs to be locked in the patio area whilst the mowing man is home and pool man are attending then let out again afterwards. I usually get told the day prior about what time they will be arriving so I can relay that message to you.
House is in a quiet location and is quite modern.
Parking for car is in driveway or caravan port for your van. that has a high roof and electric front blind for privacy and access to the backyard via side gate.
Backyard has a maintained salt water pool as well with a gazebo to relax in. Pool maybe pretty cold during winter but it’s up to you if you use it.
