Our home is situated on 2 acres around 15 minutes from Grafton in the beautiful Clarence Valley. It is a 3 bedroom recently renovated house with aircon, NBN internet and everything else you could need for a relaxing break. We have 1 indoor cat who loves to sit on your lap and 2 very friendly outside dogs (a labrador cross and a kelpie cross) who's favourite activity is a walk in the reserve down to the river (5 minutes walk away). We also have free range chooks who lay awesome tasting eggs fresh every day and in return just need to be fed every now and again and let out in the mornings :). Depending on rain fall the garden does require a bit of maintenance including mowing with our ride on mower.
There is plenty to do in the area including watersports, beaches, national parks etc. We are 2 hours from Byron Bay, 1 hour from Coffs Harbour, 1 hour from the mountains at Washpool etc. Perfect location!
