About this house sitting position in Elanora Heights

Hi,
we are a family at the Sydney Northern Beaches, looking for a reliable and friendly cat sitter while we are away on a 6 weeks holiday.
Our place is a 3-bedroom house with a sundeck, live in kitchen, bathroom and internet to share.
We are close to the Narrabeen Lakes and many lovely beaches and only a short drive away from the beautiful Ku-ring-gai National Park. The house itself is in a quiet street with friendly neighbours.
Our 13 year old cat Mondo loves having his people around. Even though he sleeps a lot during the day, he won't keep you up at night :)
We think it would be good for Mondo if he had some on and off company during the day as well. Last time we went away he was often left by himself for the day and seemed a little lost when friends came by to visit. Mondo would also need some remedy drops morning and night with his food, to maintain his improved thyroid condition.
There is a slight chance that our son (26) will also be staying at the house, unless he’s going overseas as well. But in that case he would be away at work all day, sometimes until late, or he would stay in the city over night.
Hope that’s not a problem, he’s a very nice guy and I’m sure you will enjoy each others company :D
We keep Mondo indoors at night to protect the wild life, so part of your stay would be letting Mondo out early in the morning and in at night before dark.
It would be helpful if you had your own car, but if you don't the next shop line is a 10 min walk away. There is also a Cafe and lovely Pizza Place just around the corner from us, and next to it a bus line taking you down to the beaches or main road. So far all our helpers enjoyed the 15-20 min walk down the hill to the beaches with beautiful views of the Lakes and Ocean :)
