About this house sitting position in Elland

Open plan two bedroom two bathroom recently renovated home on 175 acres 13 km from Grafton cbd.
Pool and outdoor entertainment area.
Large modern all electric kitchen.
Wireless NBN.
Air conditioning and wood fire.
Town water.
Small car available for use if required.
Pets and farm animals.
Pets: 2mini poodles, 3 cats (2indoor, 1outdoor), several avery birds.
Farm animals: 3 maremma dogs ( 1lives in the paddock with his herd of sheep, 2 live around the house guarding poultry etc), chickens, Guinea fowl, 3mini ponies, 3 other horses.
Duties: feed dogs/cats daily (they all eat dry food).
Collect eggs. Fill feeder in chook pen as needed.
Fill water troughs.
Put robot cleaner in pool every couple of days.
Water pot plants (not the psychedelic type!)
Daily routine usually takes around 30 minutes.
I have said sitters with pets "may" be welcome because our maremmas can be very protective when strange dogs are around. That is their job, to protect the stock from dog attacks!
