About this house sitting position in Ellenbrook

We have a 4 x 2 home on a 700m2 block in Ellenbrook, directly accross the road from an oval and dog park.
We have a spare room for guests, however we are expecting our third baby in October so have recently sold the spare bed. We can offer a queen size Euro Bed air mattress (very comfortable) in the spare room.
You will have your own bathroom, use of full laundry facilities including clothes dryer and washing mashine.
We have just renovated our kitchen and floors plus we are getting new couches and dining table suite in May, so everything is very modern and comfortable.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and coffee machine.

We require care of our three dogs (1 x English Staffy - 11yrs, 1 x American Staffy - 1.5yrs and 1 x Bulldog - 1.5yrs) plus our Russian Blue cat - 13yrs.
Our dogs sleep inside in the evenings (in crates) but have their own gated area out the side of our house during the day. They are also welcome to be inside with you during the day if it's cold or if they just want to be with you.
Our cat sleeps in the laundry at night and comes and goes from outside when she feels like being let in/out. She is very smoochy and loves attention and pats.
We are non-smokers, so if you wish to smoke please do so outside.
Our outside area is also very nice, we have a bar, TV and outdoor heater for cooler nights.
Inside we have Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime and Foxtel to use. We also have fully reverse cycle ducted heating/cooling system which is only a year old, so works very well.
We will be going down south from the 25th June through to approximately 3rd July - staying in Margaret River for 5 nights then with family in Dunsborough for 2-3 nights. We would prefer to have a meet and greet before you come to stay so we can walk through everything with you. Read more...
