A two-bedroom Art Deco unit on the first floor of a quiet block. Relaxed, comfortable, and full of character.
You’ll be caring for ‘Nachos’, a small Chihuahua with plenty of personality. Once he relaxes, he’s calm and low-maintenance - just needs a couple of short walks, some time in the garden, and gentle company.
The apartment is warm in winter, cool in summer, and perfectly located - walking distance to the bay, Ripponlea, and Elwood village, with excellent public transport nearby.
