There is a tram outside the front door that will take you straight to the City as well as train station (Ripponlea) a 5 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants, cafe's, shops within 10 - 15 min walk (Elwood, Elsternwick, Ripponlea, St Kilda). The beach is also 1.5km walk away. Car parking will be on the street.
