About this house sitting position in Endeavour hills

We are heading overseas in July this year for a month and previous arrangements haven't worked out, so as a result we are looking for pet lovers (dog and cats) to house sit a 2 bedroom unit in Endeavour Hills Victoria in July 2019.

The second bedroom is used as a study only.

There are only 2 units on the block and this one is at the back.

The unit has ducted heating in each room and there will be a car space available for your car for off street parking. Main bedroom has a king size bed. The unit has been newly renovated so its a brand new house. Unlimited NbN is connected and will be available for you to use.

There is room to park a caravan, max 20 foot with a drawbar in the driveway and bigger vans would fit on the street at the front of the property. If you have a van, your car would then need to be parked on the street.

There is a small shopping centre a few minutes drive from here or Fountain Gate shopping centre less than 10 minutes drive which has lots of restaurants, shops and village cinema.

We have a Labrador named Jet (12 months old in Jul) and a cat called Sylvester (over 14 yrs old) who need TLC and attention while were away.

Jet needs to be walked daily and at this stage the two still don't get along too well (the cat doesn't like the dog) and we need to keep them separate for the most part. Apart from this their both low maintenance and love lots of cuddles and attention.

We would need the mail collected and brought in, not opened as. I will deal with it upon my return. Other jobs would include;
- walking Jet daily, min 45 -60 minute walks.
- feeding both pets daily. Jet has two meals per day, once in the morning before we go to work and once at night around 630.
- cleaning kitty litter as needed (usually weekly, but as needed ) as the cat is put outside during the day.
- cleaning up dog poo from backyard.
