About this house sitting position in Ettalong Beach
I'm seeking a reliable single female to mind my home and cat for 25 days in May/June 2020. I live in a comfortable 1-bedroom villa in Booker Bay, a quiet seaside town near to Ettalong & Umina Beaches on the lower Central Coast of NSW. Handy to public transport. Shops, cinema, cafes and weekend markets are a short stroll away, along with a daily ferry service to Palm Beach. There is a calm swimming beach within walking distance with stunning views across to Palm Beach, great surf beaches at Umina and several National Parks in the area. The villa has a lovely sunny courtyard and is compact but modern and comfortable, with aircon and free wifi. Unfortunately, the place is not suitable for groups or families. The puss, Wendy, is an shy rescue girl with minor trust issues. A non-smoking mature "cat person" is preferred. Wendy sleeps most of the time and is low-maintenance, so you would be free to explore this beautiful part of the world at your leisure.
