About this house sitting position in Fernances Crossing

Modern four bedroom house with two bathrooms and acrystal clear pool for the warmer months.
Our house is situated on five pituresque, pin drop quietr acres in the historic Wollombi Valley (part of the lower Hunter Valley). Many beautiful bushwalks, wineries, convict sites and aboriginal cave paintings to explore.
1 hour drive from Wahroonga exit to M1 motorway. 40 minutes to shops at Tuggerah and 45 minutes to Hunter Valley wineries.
Our home abounds with a plethora of wildlife - roos, wombats, bandicoots, echidna, lyre birds, king parrots and eastern rosellas.......and a pair of wedgetail eagles do a fly over quite regularly as well.
We have two delightful Border Collies and 3 little parrots to care for.
The dogs need to be fed once a day and love walks if you are up to it. The parrots are fed and watered every second day.
