Enjoy Samford and surrounds for Easter!
3-Level solid brick 1980's house, complete with large pool, guest room and bathroom for you, NBN WiFi, huge DVD selection .... and 2 loveable dogs! (They are the reason we need you!) Fairly easy to manage them - they just like loves and to be near you. Morning & evening feeding. If you can give them a short walk one of the days in the morning or late evening when there are fewer other people and dogs around, they will love it.
Ferny Grove is a great area, 1.7 km from the train station, same distance to small shopping center (incl a great coffee spot, Coles, Domino's, Fish & Chip shop, vet, BWS, beauty, gym etc). Great walking/bike paths in and around. Great base to explore Samford Village over the hill.
