I have a timid little cat and i rent this house. I have saved leave to take for an extended x-mas break and i like to have the house occupied while im away. Small lawn, which i have arranged to be mowed, some garden to water weekly. Low maintenance, 5 min walk to bus, shops. I keep the place clean and tidy.
